A pc tablet purchased, online, on 23 August 2012 was refused repair under the 1 year warranty agreement made at time of sale. The first time they refused to repair unit was just 2 months after receipt of item. Their suggestion was to flash the tablet's drive which would have voided their warranty had I complied (i did not). Second time was shortly before the warranty period would have expired. I contacted them because the tablet no longer booted up.
