On Feb 10, 2012 I ordered a churchwarden pipe that cost $165.75 from I was charged $175.70 on Feb 13, 2012 to my Master Card Account, On my master card merchant information it said ocala FL On my receipt sent on the internet it said it was shipped U.S. Priority mail with insurance. On Feb 21, 2012 I sent the following email to I ordered a Church Warden Pipe (Stanwell Hans Christian Smooth $165.75)
Order Number: 17679, on Feb. 9th, 2012. Can you tell me when it will arrive? I have not heard anything about it being shipped. I sent this email twice and received no answer. On Feb 22, I sent a third email as follows. I sent you the two emails below on Feb. 21, 2012. I have not had a reply yet. I would like a reply to at least let me know that you are working on the problem. If I don't receive some kind of reply soon I will cancel the order and file a dispute thru my Capital One Master Card Account.

After not hearing anything for three days, on Feb. 26th, I wrote the following.

Frank, Customer Service,

In your email to me on Feb. 23rd you said you would have an answer about where my pipe is that afternoon. To date I have heard nothing further from you. Let remind you that I still have not received the pipe for which I have already been charged $175.70. The Order Number is 17679. It was for a Stanwell Hans Christian Smooth Churchwarden Pipe. Please update me on the situation. I see that I paid for U. S. Priority Mail with Insurance. That should be traceable! I was not even given a USPS tracing number so I could trace it from this end. What kind of company do you guys have? If this is not resolved soon I will expect a full credit of $175.70 to my MC account, and you can be assured that I will never order anything else from your company and will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

This morning, Feb. 28th, I sent the following email after hearing nothing again.

What do I have to do to get a response from you people? You are the most unresponsive company I have ever dealt with!!! Today is the last day. If no answer today, I am filing a dispute with Capital One because I have not received the pipe referred to in all my previous emails. My Master Card Account was charged $175.70 on Feb. 13, 2012 and I still have not received the pipe I paid for.
