I accepted a trial offer ($4.95 for shipping was supposed to be the only cost). The full amount ($79.99 x 2) was billed to my charge card well before I even received the product. The agreement said to call or email to cancel. I emailed. No one acknowledged, so I phoned a few days later. On the phone, they told me they'd just sent another shipment, and charged my card another $79.99 x 2. I was livid and made call after call, but was always told "it's not our policy to give refunds." No manager was ever available, and no one returned my calls. I returned the product at my cost, and kept phoning. Eventually they agreed to refund a portion of the second shipment. I am still out about $200.
