ATTENTION, MACYS.COM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE COMBINED WILL RUIN YOUR DAY:-)

I wanted to buy a set of sunham bath towels that were on a good discount. I added them to my basket and saw that if I purchase $99 worth of goods I can get free shipping. So I spent the following hour browsing bedding sets and after finally picking one and adding it to my basket, for some reason the promotion on the towels had gone and the price tripled.

Disappointed, I called customer service at 11am. THEY ARE THE WORST BUNCH OF NON- ENGLISH SPEAKING FARM ANIMALS EVER!!! They did not understand English clearly and when they finally understood what had happened 90 minutes later they agreed to take my card and make the purchase.
First if all, THESE LIARS GAVE ME HELL ISSUEING MY FREE DELIVERY!!
Then, they did not want I apply th promotion that was going on over the internet that day for 20% on bedding sets.
THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS.
Then he claimed systems were down, passed me on to the supervisor who left me waiting another hour and then hung up the phone.

Angry and 3 hours passed. I called back and spoke to ANOTHER MORONIC REPRESENTATIVE who after 30 minutes came back with no solution because she had been dealing with a problem of a macys Amex card when I was calling about my regular Amex card. SHE DIDNT EVEN TAKE THE FULL 15 DIGIT NUMBER. She passed me on the the manager who again left me waitng and hung up the phone.
4 and a half hours officially passed and I call this time demanding to speak to the supervisor, angry with a lot of complaints, they out me on hold for 52 minutes and then they hang up the phone.

BEST BET, GO TO BLOOOOOOOOMINGDALES NEXT TIME!!!
Macys clearly are a BUNCH IF AMATURES!!!
