Poor Customer Service
I purchased several items online through Hollister, Co. for my teenage daughter. This was the first time I had ever bought anything from them. The folks in the stores are not helpful and quite rude, so I figured we could just buy the same the things online and not worry about the rudeness. Boy, was I mistaken. I purchased several items, never received any confirmation that it was received but they quickly charged my credit card that day. To my suprise, when I called in to see where my order was, they told me it was canceled. Canceled??? But they still had my money. When I asked why, they said I'll get an email from a department that only corresonds through email. What????? I asked the snotty, little girl if I could speak with her supervisor and she hung up on me. Hmmm, no refund, no purchases, no explanation.
