Incompetent online customer service

In mid-June, I was awoken by a late night (10:15 pm) phone call from a vponsale.com employee who has a very poor comprehension of English: it took over 45 minutes for her to finally understand that we needed to have the wedding card proofs printed on paper & sent to or mailing address. The reason for this is because my pc cannot download attachments... vponsale.com emailed me w/ messages that I owed a $10 fee. I replied by asking what this fee was for- no explanation. I asked a couple more times- still no explanation, . I let them know I was willing to pay the $10 fee & they replied that I should click on the link for a pay voucher. I informed vponsale.com that I had not received a pay voucher link via email. No results. I informed them again I had not rec'd a pay voucher link -again, no results.

I often let this company know that I had supplied them with a debit card payment for the order of wedding invitations via email & that I was concerned that it was taking a very long time for the order to by mailed. Finally, after a few weeks of getting 'nowhere', I sent emails stating that I wanted to be contacted by a supervisor. No communications from a supervisor. The fact that this website provides no accessibity to a supervisor, or anyone in charge, significantly contributed to the frustration & lack of progress in this discouraging situation.
