HORRIFIC web service - orders placed online are processed hours later by a third-party named FiftyOne. By that time, products are usually unavailable and clients are send a "we apologize for any inconvenience email".

Following up through with a telephone customer service rep doesn't fare any better as one is bounced around different departments and told that "the order was canceled", "the order doesn't exist" and "the order was not processed because the product is no longer available". Then the product reappears online a few days later as a "door buster".

Poor performance all around - not worth the effort...or the client loyalty.
