Expensive Service

Used HughesNet for 3 years as there was no other viable option. I have been experiencing service drops for the last three days. It took two calls to Customer Support to resolve the issue. Rsolution required that I pay $200 dollars to repair / replace a defective leased modem. LEASED! It is their property, but I have to pay for the repairs? I do hope additional ISP become available in my rural area, I will switch immediately to allow HughesNet to become extinct...
