After I contacted them [Email Removed] regarding my previous complaint (123 subscription messages at R30 per message), they told me that the mobile number was used to purchase points online for a game called GPotato and that they invite me to make a complaint to the police for misuse of mobile phone. They said the police will send them a legal complaint and they will do "their best" to provide them the information that they have.
This is not good enough, SAPS gave me blank looks when I tried to "make a complaint"
And Allopass is doing exactly what every "service provider" in this saga has done to date - pass the buck. I am being charged R3690 for something I did not do/get/buy and not one person is willing to help me resolve this.
PS: the number which the complaint relates to is not the number I can be contacted on. The number from which my money was is not in use.
