AT&T DSL Internet

I signed up for At&t internet service on Dec 5,2013 after I switched to Direct TV because my Direct TV salesman stated that AT&T internet was the only internet provider that worked properly with Direct TV. I have had at least 5 technichians out to fix internet issues, hours of phone calls to tech support and 3 modems. My first bill was 186.30, 87.30 for a modem, 49.00 instilattion and 29.95 service. I started calling customer service on 1/17/14 @ 1630 and was put on hold for 15mins to speak with a supervisor, I was disconected. I called back and was transfered to another department, however the incompetent billing employee transfered me to the wrong number. I called customer service back and guess what it was 1700 and they were closed. So I started calling today 1/20/14 @ 1600 and the first time I called I was put on hold again for 15 mins to speak with a supervisor, then I was disconected. I called back and spoke with another incompetent employee that keep telling me all supervisors were busy and unable to talk to me. After an hour of me yelling at him, a "supervisor" named Sophia gets on the line and began to speak very rudely to me and talk over me every time I tried to say anything. Worst customer service every. I will be calling the corperate office tomorrow and finding a new internet provider.
