Worst company I ever had the displeasure of dealing with....

I will give you a word of Caution.. this is the WORST company in the world I have EVER Delt with... They will lie to you.. They will debit your account without your permission and through all there BS apologies you will get NOTHING accomplished... Sure ask to speak to a supervisor they are JUST as Incompetent as the employees.... Almost $300 was Debited from my acct WITHOUT my permission... THEN FINALLY I got 178 back after a lot of discussion and 100 was put towards my bill for Jan I was told... Then I was charged $99.99 .... I was PISSED.... Called and told for my Inconvenience I would get a free month and the 99 would be put back in my acct by the 14th and Here we are the 15th and NO 99... I called and was told that the 99 was put on as a credit for FEB... When I questioned WHY the Hell I would have a bill in FEB when I was told I would get a Month free for the inconvenience, I was told that I would NOT be getting the 99 back and they bill a month ahead of time NONE Of this is what I was told... This company is HORRIBLE... Trust me DONT trust them with your Credit Card Info and DONT believe a word they say...... NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER........
