I ordered dish and it was installed with a free I pad 2 and the hopper with the order or that's what I was told. Got it all installed and its been 13 days now and guess what called today because of an issue with the TV not working right and they said you don't get the I pad 2. What do you mean I don't get the I pad well the person who took your order did not fill out the paperwork so to bad for you. I now have a service that tiles on my TV all the time and for 50.00 dollars they will send someone out to see what the problem is, no I pad 2 like I was told and that is what the promotion said you get for signing up, but you do have a 2 years contact and I am just really mad. Also they did not give me or my friend the 50.00 on the refer a friend deal that they say they offer. This company did nothing they said they were going to do and there is not 1 thing I can do about it, so I am writing and will continue to write till I get what I signed up for. I am not looking to get anything but what I was told and what the promotion said. This company sucks and if you are smart you will not order from this company, because you will not get what you were told you would get. I may have a 2 year contract but I will not be with them for 1 day longer then that and I would not recommend any one change to or do business with this company. I made a huge mistake and if you sign up with them you will be making the same mistake. And the internet that I also changed is shutting off, your on the computer on the internet and boom its gone, and it send a message saying connection is lost, it sucks. Kevinschott58@yahoo.com.
