Billing and turning off service - Billing Dept is very inadequate.

I had been a loyal customer for 3 yrs during that 3 yrs I have had several calls with AT&T billing about overcharging me almost every 3 months .Then on Sept 30th I called to have my service shut off as of the 1st of October,I got a bill for October even though my service had been requested to be shut off and they Overdrew my bank account taking out money that they were not entitled to then was then told there was no request even taken for that shut off and the service got shut off on the sixth which I was being charged for they said that day they fixed it until today when I received ANOTHER bill for Oct 4th to Nov 4th billing period no ones knows what there doing and when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told there were none on the floor Its very irritating and quite ridiculous that I have to continuously be stressed about this because a company cannot get there crap togethe
