On June 6,2012 I ordered a rebuilt cooling system for my motorhome refrigerator from Sales@rvicebox on the internet. The company is located in Arkansas. It took them almost a month to get it to me. After I put it in, it wouldn't cool properly. I called and the walked me through the steps to check out the unit. After I had changed out the heating rods and made some other replacements, the unit would still only cool to 40F in the refrigerator and 20F in the freezer. Jerry then told me that the unit was defective and he would get an other unit ready, test it and then ship it to me. I waited about 2 weeks and then started calling to see when it would ship. I was told that the unit was being repaired and would go into testing the following Monday. If it checked out then it would ship on Wednesday. I called on Thursday and was told that the unit had shipped so I asked for the UPS FREIGHT tracking number and was told that UPS had arrived late and would email them the numbers the next day. I called back on the next day but could not get through to Jerry or James (SHOP FOREMAN). I kept calling until I reached Jerry and he would tell me to call James or that he was not in the shop or that he would have to go upstairs and get the number from the "girls". If I got James he would tell me he was with a customer and would call me right back. I have chased after these two for over 2 months and finally called Paypal and tried to file a complaint about this problem. The told me that I had to first file with my credit card company (can't find any record of calling Paypal when I look for dispute). Don't get ripped off with these guys. .
