Failed to provide service, refund is IMPOSSIBLE

Where to start....placed and order for WoW powerleveling. Everything went well for about 12 hours. Then everything came to a halt. My character was no longer being leveled. Contacted the "24/7 live support". They claimed their computers had issues. I let this slip for a couple days then checked again. Computers were still "down". At this point it was 1 week after placing order. Asked for a refund and was told I would get one in 8 hours. No refund came...contacted support again. They told me "computer issues" no refund yet.

Contacted very next day and was told the manager was not available to issue refund. This went on and on for about 3 more days. I am now at 2 weeks since ordering service. Asked about refund and was told manager would be available in 1 hour to give refund...Tried back for support again and was now told manager not available for refund and they are very sorry. I filed a Paypal claim against this company to which they have not even responded to it. They truly do not seem to offer a refund or even to finish the service you order(barely started).

Am now to the point where I hope Paypal can get the money back. The multiple e-mail addresses on the website are dead(never get response). The phone number listed on the Paypal invoice is most certainly foreign and calling it would prove pointless....PLEASE for the sake of your own NOT buy ANY service from these people. Their lack of understanding english is VERY prevalent in "live support".....oh yes an end note to this...their "live chat" is RARELY available. You are given an option to leave a message which you will NEVER see a response to.
