Dell Dell Cancels Orders without notification OR Refund

I placed an order with Dell via the internet last week. I received a confirmation of the purchase and they took my payment. Logged in to the order later after not having seen it ship, only to find out the order was canceled. After hours being bounced around between departments, I was told that the only way I could get my order was to place a new order... the only way to get a credit back for the charge to my credit card was to contact another department which does not pick up. I have left multiple voice mails. At this point I have been unable to either get my order, or get a refund. Be warned, their customer service is horrible and apparently they don't issue refunds. I am currently in the process of disputing the charge through my credit card company. Waste of hours of my time with no product.
