I placed an on line order on 2/10/2012; I received an order confirmation via email and they charged my credit card the same day. After a few days I realized that I had not received a shipment notification, so I checked their website. I hadn't realized that the confirmation email did not contain an order number, but regardless, there was no way of tracking on order on their site. I sent an email asking for status on 2/15/2012. No response, so I called on 2/16/2012 and left a voicemail. You can see how this is going. I have still not been contacted by them and it is 3/6/2012. Luckily, I use my AMEX card for everything, so I've filed a claim with them. I am posting this note in the hopes that it will save someone else from the same disappointing experience.
