Ripoff, Doesn't Honor Refunds, Products are Bogus, Bad BBB Rating consumer fraud ripoff

Purchased products from Maximer Health products through their website and was guaranteed 100% money back if I wasn't satisfied. I used the health products as described for 30 days. The products are bogus and did not perform as stated. I sent the products back in the beginning of Janurary 2003 & have yet to see a refund. We're talking $120 bucks!

Maximizer makes you jump through hoops trying to get your refund which I believe is just a stall tactic. I've made a dozen calls to the company asking about my refund and can you believe their response? "We're sorry, we're having a problem with our process company and the best thing for you to do is to have your (my) credit card company reverse the charges."

Problem is they tell me this 90 days after I purchased the product. (you can only dispute C.C. charges within 60 days) Also why can't they fix their own internal problems? I wrote to their Complaint department (Angela Anglo) and have not heard a word back. I've gotten 2 emails and they were quite unprofessional.

I just checked the BBB on the web 5/07/03 and they have an unsatisfactory standing. I know the BBB gets a bad rap here but in this case visiting the BBB before hand would have scared me off! Bottom line STAY AWAY from MAXIMIZER and a product called ExtenZe.
