gift card promotion
Vision direct was running a promotion where you receive a $50 restaurant.com gift card with a $100 purchase. I made the purchase and received the contacts but did not receive a gift card. I emailed customer service, they replied within a day saying that my order did qualify and they have put a request in with restaurant.com to send me the gift card number via email and that I should expect it in 5-10 days. I allowed 3 weeks to go by and emailed them again. They replied a couple of days later saying that they would look into it and get back to me. After 2 weeks and not reply I emailed them again and received no response. I have emailed every week now for about 4 weeks and they are not replying to any of my emails. I used to like this company but this is very bad service and I will not be buying anything from them again.
