Customer Service and Refunds

We ordered some vitamins from bestworldsupplements.com and never received an invoice or a confirmation that the order was even place. Then i was unable to log into their website to see the status of the order under my account as well. Upon calling and talking to the very underprivileged to handle issues representatives, I was told the website is having issues but should be correct in the future. Uhhhhh what does the future mean? Anyway... to further worsen the problem i was told my order was on back order and they were not sure when they would be getting more. Well that was awesome because they already ran my credit card !!! So step forward and run past all of the terrible and rude cs representatives i talked to and you finally get that you need to talk to Rebecca for refund. Well...Guess what Rebecca never answers the phone and never returns phone calls and she is supposedly the only one who can deal with refunds. So...here we are still waiting to talk to Rebecca and calling everyday leaving messages because she is always unavailable. This is end of first week, so we will see how long it will last.
