Groupon over-charged my credit card and never delivered products - Earpieces and Diamond Earrings
In the beginning of December, I purchased diamond earrings for my daughter for Christmas. Guaranteed 12 day delivery. I emailed after the 12 days and was told they might be a bit late. I told my daughter I had ordered them and they might be a bit late. She was so excited about the earrings, she said it was OK. They never arrived and Groupon refunded me on the 9th of January. My daughter was so dissappointed. Groupon gave me a $25 credit for the inconvenience of them arriving late, but I had to use it by the end of December. I purchased earpieces for my Grandma and forgot to change the shipping address (it was still my daughters). I remembered 4 hours later and emailed them and they told me it was too late to change the order. They had a 2 hour window. The earpieces show delivered, but we never received them and Groupon charged my Visa the full price without the credit even though the credit was applied when I purchased the items. I would never trust Groupon again and am embarrassed I told anyone about them. They have terrible customer service and the have over-charged my Visa.
