Order not being processed - modafinil, provigil
The Leopharmarx website says orders are processed and shipped the next business day following their verification of the shipping address with the customer. They then say they will email a tracking number. I placed an order on Jan. 3rd. I confirmed my address with them within 1 hour. Tomorrow is 9 days and I've received no information or tracking #. My order has not been processed. The status of my order on their website has not changed since 1/3, nor have they even attempted to charge my credit card yet. None of the contact information on their website has ever worked, not one time, day or night. The phone # never rings, online chat always says offline, and online mailbox submission form says their mailbox is full. They are not responding to my emails, which is the only form of communication I have available, since all of their other options are not working. The website says you must cancel within 24 hours. How can you possibly do that when no contact options are working. This company appears to be fraudulent.
