Worst customer service when fraud has been committed against the consumer.
someone hacked my groupon and bought something for themselves. i have contacted groupon numerous times asking them to speak to the officer who is handling this criminal case. The officer cannot get through for weeks to speak to a person in the fraud departmnet. Whenever I get through they tell me they will contact the officer and they do nothing. They say the officer should call them but what's the point if he can't speak directly to fraud?! I am at a loss!
