CVS-Caremark -
Run-Around, unjustifiable delays, incompetence and aggression in pushing refills

First of all, Caremark-CVS is essentially a monopoly, and have been sued and complained about for a long time--- and that hasn't changed their anti-trust (monopolistic, anticompetetive) practices, and wasting vast amounts of patients' time and money through their thick-headed incompetence.

They failed to update their database with my correct address, and also failed to keep an adequate stock of medication(s) that are in demand; then they claimed they didn't have any record of my prescription, and I had to make long distance calls to obtain enough information to direct the CVS pharmacy in Novato so they could "find" my prescription. This resulted in delays in my obtaining needed medicaton (timely needed), standing in line at least twice (for a long time), holding onto their phone trees, calling the doctor's office needlessly...
