The Dr. has spent 5 min or less with me each time and has yet to find a resolution for the reason I go.... I would expect her to find a solution after so many costly visits.

The front office staff is the reason I will never go back. It's not worth dealing with them! They are very unorganized and do not want to help. I spent an hour in the office trying to pay my bill when their system kept saying my carecredit account was declined. Even if it didn't turn out that it was their system that needed to be updated, they shouldn't have treated their patient the way they treated me. After an hour of waiting and dealing with their rude attitudes I expected at least an apology for the wait. No apology though...just a bill in the mail that was double what they said the cost for the visit was in the office (because they are unorganized and never ended up charging my account like they said they would). The billing "manager" is the worst of all of them and should not be allowed have interaction with patients. I knew this the first day and it was frustrating knowing I would have to deal with her to correct the billing problem. Still, I was polite and tried to explain the situation but of course they don't want to help over the phone either and will leave you on hold for 10 minutes or longer unless you call back.

Now starts the annoying process of getting recorded phone messages with my credit card company from that day and disputing the sad that there are business out there like this. It's just not right. Don't waste your time or money here.

I also wish I would have read reviews sooner, as I have had the same poor experiences as other posts where they had my appointment wrong more than once and tried to make excuses. It was worth making an account for this if helps someone else avoid the same problems with this place.
