Bad customer service

On November 16, 2012, I went to Target to buy 6 turkeys. 2 under 12 pound and 4 over 29 pounds. When I got home I found out that they charged 1 turkey under 12 pound in the price over 20 pounds. So I call the customer service at that store and told her the problem, she told me bring back the received so she can adjust for the money. I came back the store and the one help me her name is Mega refused to gave me back the money. I told her I just bought today and I will bring the turkey in that they charged the wrong price. It very simple if she just look at the received, correct the price and make it refund, but somehow she did not want to do it, so I ask if I can speak with the store manager. She told me the manager in and out she doesn't know when he will be in the store if I want talk to him I can stay all day in the store and wait for him. I ask her gave me the store customer service number so I can talk to someone. She gave me the number but when I call that number the operator said this number is for help only. Why she doing that (I don't know what is the matter with her, did she been train to treat the Asian people like that??????)
