Terrible Carpet, Even Worse Customer Service
I bought a carpet from Rugstudio.com 's clearance sale. It looked NOTHING like the online photo (which I now realize was severely airbrushed). I called customer service who were incredibly rude to me and refused to pay the return shipping. When I asked to speak to an owner or manager, I was told they were busy and not available. It cost me over $50 to return a mis-advertised/mis-represented rug, and then they took over a month to refund my purchase price. AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL. I don't understand how a business that treats its customers so poorly can stay in business. Beware if you do business with them.
