I purchased my iPad 2 on April 7, 2012 and was encouraged to buy the extended warranty. Magic Jack wants payment for shipping a replacement for a faulty device

after months of having the same problem with a Magic Jack Plus device Magic Jack said they would send a replacement. Then told me I would have to pay $10.95 in shipping and handling. When I stated that I had already paid this charge once and that it was not my fault the device did not work properly, they refuse to send the replacement unless I pay the charge.
