Samsung service is a nightmare. I ordered a 51" plasma TV and it said to be shipped within 1-3 business days when adding it to the cart but after I checked out the invoice said it was 5-7 days with a previous appointment, so I waited all those days it didn't arrived, so I called Samsung service and they gave the wrong number to the delivery guys so they were supposed to change it and I should have gotten the TV within 1-2 business days (this is 9 business days after my "1-3 days" advertised...

I sent my phone back to Samsung for repairs. They then lost it. In December 2013 they promised to send me a new phone in January 2014 as a replacement but when I called them in January they shifted the blame to DPD, stating that I must take up the case with them, claiming that it was DPD who had lost it. Adding to previous comment, I am very upset because there seems to be no phone contact with magic jack . I continue to use Magic Jack Plus and wonder when it will be cut off or my credit hurt.
