I've been with Sprint PCS since August of last year. I've had nothing but problems.

More recently it's been the problem with the wireless signal. This morning around 2 am, I was in the middle of a conversation when I lost my signal while driving on the highway in the CITY. When I tried to reconnect I got a message saying my call could not be completed "at this time." The person I was talking to, who is also a Sprint customer, had the same problem.

When you do realize you have a problem with your bill--you know, something doesn't seem right--you're most likely left talking to "Claire," your customer service representative. Call me crazy, but I BELIEVE I'd like to speak to a HUMAN BEING! Sometimes you are able to connect right away with a rep. Then your questions are left with answers that have NOTHING to do with what you had asked. After you realize this, you have to play the "Claire" game again for another 20 minutes.

I think it's ridiculous that you have to pay $3 a month to have a message sent to you telling you how many Anytime minutes you have left during the course of the month. Shouldn't this service be free?

I'm starting to think that there is some sort of .000023% intereest rate they are tacking on to our bills--then again, I'm all about conspiracy. But SPRINT PCS and MANY of the people that work for them are SCANDALOUS!
