Aka ripoff, non-existent customer service

On April 2nd, I ordered an Olympus P-400 printer. I received an Epson 780 on April 9th.

I called the company during their very limited 11-5:30 weekdays support hours and was told I needed to fill out a form online. Did that immediately.

Received an email with the RMA 2 days later. Entered the supplied shipping account number online at Airborne Express and was told the number was invalid. Another email to Digitally Discovered's support. Another 3 day wait for a response with the correct number.

Shipped the printer back that day, the 14th.

Not having heard anything, I sent another email 3 days later asking the status. I included the previous email I'd gotten from them with the RMA number. 5 days later I got an email asking for the order number. I immediately replied with the order number. 3 days later I got an email indicating that the exchange was still being processed.

In the meantime I called to inquire about the status. The support person set a new standard for disinterested and rude. At the conclusion of the conversation, he indicated that the information had just been entered and the correct printer would be shipped the next day and I'd be sent a tracking number. This was before the email saying the exchange was still being processed...

Now it's May 2nd. No printer, no email.
