Poor customer service - LTV-20V4 LCD TV

This review concerns a LCD tv model #LTV-20V4 that was purchased from a third party business over the internet. Afetr having the TV for less than a month it would not turn on. I contacted the company that i purchased it from and was told that it was under factory warranty and Westinghouse would handle it. This is when the trouble began. I called Westinghouse and gave them the information,no problem i was told and I would receive a RMA number via e-mail within a few days, it never came. After repeated calls and about two weeks I finally received a Return authorization number.I sent the TV to them, which i had to pay shipping. After a month, I am still trying to get my TV returned.The customer service is so poor it is hard to even describe,but, here are some highlights. Return calls never made, told it was out of warranty(which it is not),endless red tape,my God, it's a $200.00 TV not the Space Shuttle. I have dealt with lousy customer service before, but, Westinghouse takes it to a whole other level. My advice, STAY AWAY.The next step for me is a complaint with the Attorney General of my state. and then on to small claims court to resolve this. Yea, it may cost me some more time and money,but it will be worth it.
