Horrible Warranty Service
Purchased new Panasonic Plasma TV in February 2012. Stopped working in August. Second Flat Screen, different brand, that stopped working within first two years. I have purchase all of my electronics from Best Buy in the last few years. I explained my frustration to the department manager.He explained that I had to have it repaired first per Best Buy warranty policy. I called repair company and scheduled in-home repair. Waited a week for appointment which was cancelled. Parts are on back order and they cannot tell me when they will receive the parts. It has now been three weeks with no family room TV. My family enjoys it, especially my 2 and 4 year old, not!!! I will never purchase anything from Best (worst) Buy.
