Unfairness

Hi. I am hoping someone can help me. I have been with tmobile for over 1 yr. My phone started messing up and my option to get it fixed was through the warranty exchange. I had the mytouch 3g. Now they are putting me in either a htc wildfire or a sidekick. they say that these two phones are comparable to the one i had, and they are not. I am not having any luck resolving this. i paid retail price for my phone $430 and am still making payments for it on my bill each month. i am just about done paying for the phone. now they are trying to get me into phones that are not of same value nor equal performance. i am basically being downgraded. this is not fair at all! who in their right mind would ever exchange their product for something less?! no one would. someone please help. all i hear from reps is that the phones are comparable, they are of equal value, its the only option i have other than upgrading. but i dont believe i should have to upgrade and pay yet again retail price for another phone. tmobile probably wants to get rid of thier high inventory items and i am getting stuck with one. someone help please!
