Promised me to replace my Blueray over 4 weeks ago

I called Toshiba regarding the blue ray and they advivsed me that the blueray would be replaced. That was over 4 weeks ago. When I contacted them back with the reference number they told me that the information was never processed and they needed the purchase information again. I provided the reference number that information was under for the third time and they advised the claim would be reviewed. With again no call back I called and spoke with a manager and they advised that they had new systems and they had to get upper managerment approval and they could not releasethe names. I am not understanding what is going on and what the issue is.

Less than 1 year ago i bought a 40 inch Toshiba TV. 5 weeks ago i had the Toshiba service man come to pick it up as it had no picture or sound on it. It has been 5 weeks exactly today and still have not had it returned. He contacted me on 30/1 saying he had to order another part. Today being 17/2 i contacted him which he said he would have to try another part or contact Toshiba to replace the tv. Considering it is less than 1 year old when it packed in it should be replaced. I, m not happy at all with the service . If fixed who, s to say it wont happen again. I was always told that Toshiba was a reputable brand but with what has happened especially with the time delay it is not acceptable.
