Bought a Samsung top loading washer, Model # WA52J8700AW online from Home Depot,
delivered 1/2/16. Washer stopped working (electronics) but was under recall, so Samsung sent a
repair person who repaired the machine in February 2017. The service representative told that
due to the recall, our warranty was extended for a year. On 11/05/17 I again called Samsung as
the washer "died" (electronics stopped working). The "control board" died. Spoke to a rep whose
name sounded like "Banjo" He said I would get a full refund. On 12/5 we faxed information:
Home#, Cell #, Transaction Number: 511 967 2645 along with on-line receipt (which I had
already sent to Samsung less than a year prior for them to send the repair person). I have
followed up with phone calls. Samsung stated they sent an e-mail to my husband's account
which he never received. I asked them to resend it to me and they failed to comply. Initially I was
told the the "review would take a few weeks" which then turned into several steps ... I never was
asked for anything but the the receipt. I never received an e-mail as they stated. We did buy
another machine as we need clean clothes. We have been treated very poor by Samsung. Can you
