SEARS NON COMPLIANT with their promises

This is regarding a Sears order # 766661360 (online).
I've been contacting Sears CST, Home Delivery department for over a dozen times, mostly via a phone conversation, but also via "chat sessions" and email. Due the delivery date they provided me following the charge of my CC absolutely did not match the motive I was purchasing the appliance. One of the calls I made (Dec 4) to Sears, one of their representatives at the Home Delivery department modified my order. Two alterations where made. An appliance which could be delivered at an earlier date and the delivery date (Dec 12). I was charged the extra cost of this item, then she promised that Sears would be contacting me within 2 days via e-mail. That never happened.
By means of phone conversations, chat-sessions and e-mails I've been promised that SEARS would contact me within ……so many days or…..same day, either by calling my mobile number or by e-mail.
SEARS never contacted me. Sears consumer management should check out the data related to the order #766661360 saved by the representatives, whom on the other hand in fact did their jobs to my satisfaction.
It is YOUR (Sears) policies that circumvent the efforts of these representatives and give the impression that the representatives neglect my request as a customer.
This modus operandi is quite reprehensible and should not be overlooked by the managing department of the mega corporation such as Sears.
