Sears home repair is the worst service ever. Weve been dealing with this ridiculous dept since July. Our dryer broke down we called sears to come check it out the tech then told us that the motor was out and it was still covered under Samsungs 5 year part warranty so we would only pay for the repair. We agreed to the service we paid 80 at that time then we had to pay 50 when they come fix it. the tech told us it would take a week for the new motor to come. Every week we would call them 3-5 times and each time we would get a different arrival date for the motor and set up the repair date. Then finally in September one representative had enough sense to tell us the truth and told us the part was on back order. Finally in mid-September we received the part and from there we set up the repair appt. That when it got even worse. I took off of work 4 different times bc I thought the tech was coming then I would get a call at the end of the day saying that the part isn't covered and we have to pay for it before anyone fixes it. So when we would call back and speak to supervisors we were told that's not true and that the part is covered. For some reason the service dept and dispatch dept kept telling us opposite things. Then all of the sudden we stopped getting calls. Here we are 7 months later still no dryer and just a big motor sitting in the basement. I reported sears to the BBB. Worse company ever.
