Best Buy horrible customer service

I just wanted to drop a line and say that I am very displeased with your store and likely will be using for future purchases. I have never seen such incompetence in my life.

First I purchased a refrigerator and before it even got out of the store, your people put a huge dent in it. They replaced the door and damaged this new one in transit. The most aggravating part was being told a delivery time from 12-2 and your folks showed up at 530 and I lost an entire day of vacation and got yelled at by my boss who expected me to return to work by 230.

As I mentioned, the unit was damaged so I had to get a new unit. When selecting the new unit, the salesperson took both of my contact numbers and the delivery driver only bothered to call one or them. The delivery company said they would deliver the unit last night and I called at 6pm since I had been waiting all day and was told that the people had gone home for the day and would not be making a delivery. I instructed these people to return the item to the store and I would seek a refund.

Needless to say, this has been anything other than a hassle. When you guys find yourselves sitting at home without a job because has figured out how to please the customers you couldn't just think about issues like this that caused you to fail.

Thanks for nothing but headaches.
