Cash back - smart TVs

This was a query into receiving a cash back offer for the purchase of Samsung products.
The promotional offer was rejected after receiving the products, this was questioned as they had taken my order date as purchase date and refused cash back even though I did not receive the products until 3 weeks after order date,a request was made for an appropriate response with on the rejection, no appropriate response was made just an email with attitude.

Do you want to bother replying to this one???

This is what I got.

Don't buy Samsung if you can help it, very poor service.
