QVC - Poor Customer Service on Keurig Order - Keurig
I purchased a Keurig as a present for my daughter recently. It was supposed to ship with 100 K Cups. The machine arrived but the K cups didn't. I called QVC and they assured me that they would be sent right away. After two or three weeks, the K cups had still not arrived. I called QVC back and they informed me that a notation in the file stated "Corporate" said that there was a false bottom in the box and the K-Cups were in the box. Of course the box is now long gone as it has been three or four weeks since the machine was delivered. Were the K-Cups ever in the box? Who knows. What I do know is that QVC didn't supply this information either on my first call nor did they bother to tell me when "Corporate" determined that they weren't going to send the replacement K-Cups as had been promised.
