BEST BUY - MAKE THEIR OWN RULES - TMOBILE T139
Its a Holiday season and stores should be ready for any returns or exchanges but BEST BUY is only open to sell and nothing else. They don't care about doing any returns/exchange. All they are doing is sending the customer to return their merchandise from where its originally bought. This is what happened to me. I bought cellphones from them and all i wanted to do was return them and buy something else from best buy. i wasn't even asking for any refunds. The cell phones were bought at full retail price. The packaging was unopened with receipts under valid return policy. I was told to go back to the same location where i originally purchased. Who makes this kind of policy? Best buy is a franchise not privately owned. I couldn't get what i wanted to buy and wasted over 2 and half hours. Employee was told at the first place by a male gentleman with white shirt and when she was almost done with it, the same gentleman told her to stop and refuse the return. I mean who does that?? Its a waste of time and embarrassment front of other 50 customers. I am pretty pissed and will never go back to that store and will spread this word with my social network.
