Good product but lack of Genius Ba

I am a new user to Android migrated from ios 7. I am now using Galaxy Note from previously iPhone 4S. I was hardcore apple fan since first iPhone until ios 7 which I find ios totally lost its magic with little features. So I decided to try out note 3.

After using for a day, I find it extremely useful and have so many features that was not even available in ios. The question is now why market still thinks Apple is the best and despite huge marketing spending on ads, why Samsung still cannot beat Apple sales?

The way I look at it is many people still do not understand the features or benefit Android can provide due to lack of customer support team like Genius Bar adopted by Apple.

When I bought my note 3 from Samsung store, the store staff does not really know about the product or explain what are the features of the phone unlike Apple staffs. I think this is the biggest weakness that make people hesitate to migrate to Samsung.

Samsung have this app called Smartswitch from they homepage to help people migrate from ios to transfer their backup from iTunes see lesson to their samsung devices but how consumers aware of this app? Samsung should make this their key point in their marketing campaign rather than rely on their store staffs who is extremely weak in the customer educating effort.
