Samsung said they would honor a sales price in writing, then did not!! - samsung LED 46" UN46F6300AFXZA
In short, I received an email from Samsung customer service rep (Kimberly Wilson) on how to return a current product I had and how to reorder the correct product. Since the return process took days, and the sales price on their website was going to end the next day I asked if I should purchase the product at that time. Kimberly said not to worry, that they would honor the sales price even after the expiration date due to the inconvenience. After the return process was complete, I emailed back, they told me to call to get the price. I called, then the agent said they will have to submit my request for review and I would be contacted in 24 hrs. After 48 hours I didn't receive a call so I called back. Finally spoke to a team lead agent (Mickey R-#86197) saying I was misquoted and they will not honor the price. I have never dealt with a company that put their guarantee in writing, but did not honor the agreement. After following the instructions of Samsung and doing what I needed to do on my end, Samsung did not follow through on their end. They pretty much told me sorry, too bad..
