I purchased this T.V. less than 3 years ago and it has this black horizontal line problem on the screen (a TV. repair man told me i have panel issue it will cost $900 I bout TV $750.00 plus tax from sears do the math) and the repair cost more than to buy a new set even though when I had the issue i was still in warranty when I called customer no service they sent me USB to fix the problem that was funny I did whatever they told me to do, but time it went by and manufacture warranty gone so it became my problem i am still find this absolutely disgusting and the Samsung customer service were useless giving me more headaches with such a large manufacturing fault you'd think they'd step up and replace my set or fix the problem for nothing but no. out of warranty it's not their problem anymore utterly disappointed with Samsung and their poor customer no service I’ll call
