Another unhappy custome
I guess I shouldn't be surprised when I look at the previous reviews and all I see is "red sad faces". I guess I am adding another sad face. I won't go into the sordid details of my new computer purchase and the Geek Squads inadequacies, or the long waits just to return a defective computer or the lack of concern from anyone in this store. I just have some advice for Best Buy - give all your managers personality test and hire those that score high on conscientiousness and empathy - something store manager, Rick Venvresco lacks. Best Buy has lost my business for life and as many disgruntle customers, I will probably tell about 100 people of my horrific experience, not once, but thrice. The funny thing is, I don't think that Best Buy gives a damn about my experience or anyone else's experience, because if they did, they would hire better store managers.
