iPhone Hotline App Review: Worst Customer Service Ever!!
I bought all samsung appliances from Best Buy in October of 2012 and didn't start using them till Dec. when my kitchen was finished. While cooking a piece of chicken in a frying pan my stove popped and cracked. A week later they send someone out who only took pictures to upload. I called customer service the following day to follow up due to the fact they said I can NOT use my stove. They told me it's not covered and they won't repair it! It's cracked from front to back with a slight splinter in the crack which I believe when I moved the frying pan over when I heard the crack it splintered the crack. My range is spotless and there is not a scratch on it!! I take very good care of my appliances!! I am totally frustrated!!
