Network issue with New Samsung galaxy S4 Mini I9192

Hi, I have purchased New Samsung galaxy S4 Mini I9192 only 15 days back. from 1st day itself i am facing 1 major issue with this phone. This is dual sim & i am using Airtel in Sim 1 & BSNL in Sim 2. if any of sim goes out of coverage (suppose i goes to basement), signal goes out. thats okay. but as i'll come back to excellent signal position, then also i am not able to do calls or receive calls. only option is to restart phone, after restart it works. but this shouldn't be case. i am restarting my phone atleast 10-15 times in day, then also peoples are complaining me that my phone is not connecting. Also during calls it is taking too much time in connecting. i was not expecting this kind of poor quality from such nice brand with new release. its horrible!!!! any action to get this issue resolved!!! i request to resolve this & change my phone, i don't want to repair new phone. can you please change this as this is critical defect. for any further query you can reach me at 91-8527557771.
