Samsung Mobile Galaxy S2 maintenance - Galaxy S2

My phone Galaxy S2 is still in the warranty period
- I delivered it for maintenance in 17/09/2013 with the delivery note number 1361880 And went many times to recive it but they informed every time that it is not repaired And when I asked them a telephone number to follow they said we have only the hot line ( 19900 ) which answer that I should go to the branch and I could not have any information and so I can not follow with it.
