Excellent customer service - Keurig coffee make
We bought an OfficePro Keurig brewing system about 1 year ago & it gave out less & less water, and took forever to brew. I'd try to brew my 10oz cup & would only get 5oz. I made several phone calls to the company, and they were very helpful in trying to help me solve the problem. I can't say enough about their customer service - they are very professional and apologized several times about the brewer's problems. During my last phone call (I think I made 4 calls total), the rep put me on hold for a couple of minutes and consulted with her manager to send us a new brewer. It arrived in 1.5 weeks and works great. I was very happy with the level of attention and how they handled the problem.
